Day 3: First Love
I don't know why, but it feels really weird to be talking about my first love. I think because usually when people talk about their first love, they look back and talk about how much they learned and mistakes etc. I dated when I was younger, but I always felt either I was too immature or the other person was, so I never really took it seriously. I was more about hanging out wth my friends and enjoying my own personal time and independence. I never thought that I would meet someone that makes me as happy as I am. But hey, we all get lucky sometimes.
I met Zach when I was sixteen. He is everything I (or a father of a teenage girl) could ever ask for. He is one of the most caring, polite and respectful men I have ever met. I have never had so much fun with a person. He has taught me so much, and we have grown a lot together. I have never felt so much love from one person besides a family member, and I can confidently say that I know that he really genuinely cares for me. I know that I should count my blessings every day for finding a guy that I can call a boyfriend, and a best friend.
